Guest Reporter Access

As a guest A non-registered user of the Portal. Guests may enter and submit a safety report in the same session; but without a system account, the system cannot save an incomplete report and recognize the user if they wish to return later. you may perform the following actions:

• Create new and follow-up voluntary and mandatory safety reports

• Print your safety report

• Save an electronic copy of your submitted safety reports

To make the fullest use of all Safety Reporting Portal That is, the "Safety Reporting Portal" application. capabilities and conveniences, such as being able to save your Safety Report Any adverse-event report, product problem or complaint report, as well as a product-use error report. The safety report is also known in the Portal as a "submission."
