When you create a Portal user account, you can access your draft and submitted safety reports in later Portal sessions.
If you are logged into your Portal user account :
The Portal automatically saves any information you enter to a Safety Report . Your uncompleted report will appear in the list of draft reports the next time you login to your account. Access the list of draft reports after logging in by clicking My Reports in the left menu.
The Portal automatically saves a completed and submitted Safety Report. Submitted reports appear in the list of Submitted Reports when you login to your account, and at any time after you login by clicking My Reports in the left menu. You cannot change the information in a submitted report, but you can create a follow-up report to update information in a submitted report.
You can locate a report in either the Draft Reports or Submitted Reports Available for Follow-Up lists by the following categories:
Date Saved for Draft reports -- the last date on which the report was modified
Date Submitted for Submitted reports -- the date on which the report was submitted
Report ID -- the report identifier assigned by the Safety Reporting Portal
Title -- the title or name that you assign to your report to help you identify it
ICSR # -- a number assigned to reports that have been submitted
Type -- the report type assigned to a draft or submitted report
You may sort the list by clicking any column heading. Each click in a heading re-sorts the column in ascending or descending order.
If your report lists are several pages long, you can click the icons at the bottom of the list to move forward and backward through the pages.
