To ensure the security of your reporting information, it's a good idea to periodically change your password the Portal application will periodically require you to do so on a periodic basis.
On the side menu of the My Reports page, click the Change Password and Security Question button. Be sure to take note of the password creation requirements that are provided on the Change Password page. Note that your new password must be different from your previous 10 passwords by at least three characters. Passwords are case-sensitive; you can change uppercase letters to lowercase letters to make a new password. You can re-use a password if the password has not been used during the past 12 months.
