Once you've created a portal account you can log into and then manage your account information.
From the side menu on the My Reports page, click the My Account link, where you can take the following actions:
Update your personal information and contact details. You can edit all of your contact information, including your name and email Address , which also functions as your system username .
Change your password by clicking the Change Password and Security Question button. Be sure to take note of the password creation requirements that are provided on the Change Password page.
