On the Safety Reporting Portal Home Page , click the "Reset Password/Unlock Account or Reactivate Account" link under the Login heading to reset your password so that you may once again login to the Portal Web site. On the Password Reset page, you will be asked to provide the email address that you provided when you created your account.
If your email address corresponds with an account record in the system's database, the Portal system will:
Reset your password
Send you an email message with a link to help you re-access your account
Change your password
