Navigating the Safety Reporting Portal

2. Sort records by clicking an active column heading of the list to conduct a sort by that column. 3. When a list has been sorted by a column heading, that column heading appears in a darker color than the other column headings.

   • To sort a column in descending order, click a column heading twice.

If your report lists are several pages long, you can click the icons at the bottom of the list to move forward and backward through the pages.
