Update: Password Requirement Updates for SRP Account Holders
In response to a recent security mandate, effective February 7, 2025, SRP account holders with passwords at 15 characters or less will be required to reset their passwords to meet the password security standards.
New password requirements:
- must be 15-100 characters long
- no blank spaces
- at least one symbol/special character (Example: !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, _,-, .)
- must contain uppercase and lowercase English letters
- does not start or end with a number
- passwords are case sensitive
